We are back in Canada after a fabulous 16 days in beautiful Costa Rica. When I found out it was -22 with 6" of snow in Calgary I almost didn't get on the plane.
You have a very beautiful country and all the Ticos we had the pleasure to meet were warm, friendly and helpful. We spent a good deal of time hiking in the rainforests and relaxing on your wonderful beaches . . . it sure beats shoveling snow!
I want to personally thank you and your staff for taking such good care of us with regards to the Jeep Rental. The Jimny was delivered to our hotel as promised and Edgar was very professional and made sure we understood everything about the rental and what to do in case of any emergency. The little Jimny took some getting use to but once I got in the rhythm it was very fun to drive. I think next time we will rent something a little bigger as it got quite rough on some of the roads particularly from Dominical to Quepos. All in all thought the jeep was excellent.
On returning the Jeep your representative (Stephen?) was also very friendly and professional. I can only assume that you treat your employees very well as they certainly do a great job of representing your company.
During our trip we spoke with other tourists who had nothing but problems with the vehicle and company they rented from. I almost felt a little guilty telling them how painless our experience was.
So again . . . thank you for all of your help and we will not hesitate to recommend Avanti and will rent from you on future trips to Costa Rica (we will be back!)

I would like to take a second and congratulate you on the wonderful staff that you have at the Avanti car rental in Alajuela, CR. They are all kind and efficent and very knowledgeable. I could cite many examples from their information about CR to the time my tire had a leak. Not only was the one tire changed but another one was leaking too .They changed both tires and had me on my way in under 15 minutes.Amazing!!!!
I would also like to give special thanks to Alberto Vindas. He is such an asset to your company and he went way above and beyond the call of duty to help us with many things. My family and I have just moved to CR and will have many business acquaintances visiting. You can be assured that we will send them all to your company. The cars you rent may be a little shabby, but the people more than make up for it!

Thanks for the great rates for the rental car. And yes, it does seem that time is flying. I am already starting to feel right at home in my second country, and love Costa Rica and its people very much. You have made my travel experience much more enjoyable with your kindness and good service. I would appreciate the upgrade to the Jimmy, and it is nice of you to do this. The only other request that I have is that you save one for me that has really good tires, as this has been a minor problem a few times in the past due to the perhaps less than perfect roads.

My wife and I just returned from Costa Rica having a wonderful 2 weeks in Samara. This is our 10th visit to your beautiful country and we continue to be amazed at its charm with every visit.
On our arrival at Liberia airport on February 2, we were greeted by the Ernesto Gonzalez who added some brightness to our late arrival. Ernesto was courteous, thorough and quick to get us on our way to our destination. I should also add that the vehicle was very clean, topped up with gas and just fun to drive. Thank you.
When we returned our vehicle, Ernesto made us feel that we were his most important customer and offered us alternatives on how to spend our time because we arrived very early for our flight departure. We were also very impressed on how quickly and honestly Ernesto dealt with a concern we had with our vehicle. He was aware of our concern and had already taken corrective action.
Ernesto is a true professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We thought you should know that.
Next year we will be visiting Costa Rica again and our choice will be Avanti. Hopefully Ernesto will be there to greet us again.
